Something that amazes me is that my sister's husband acquired this land (14 acres) almost 15 years ago. He bought it, cleared it, and started building for over year before he told her about it. They moved in and shortly after he built another small home across the pond (especially put in for my sister because she loves to fish) for their daughter and her family.
She has done nothing special to earn such treatment.
At any rate now they want to sell out, and get a camper and hit the road...Turning 60 and being on a very very fixed budget and having never gone anywhere in their lives they are ready. I look at this and think wow, how could you leave? It is so simple and close to family.
Nice time in the country...
